Have an interview at Slalom as a project manager. Anyone know what to expect? What are the salary expectations for this role at Slalom?

Hey Guys.. help me out. Really confused. I have offers from EY India as Manager and IBM as Advisory Sr. Consultant (band 7B) . Currently, senior consultant at Deloitte with total 11 yrs. Exp into SAP domain. Fix component is same at both, but IBM is offering joining bonus extra (half million). Kindly help me choose. Looking for growth but at the same time WLB as well.

I am a 2 year associate working in Toronto with total of 7 years experience (mostly in US market) and an US MBA. Bcos of my US experience I am not sure of the average pay scale in Toronto. Current base is 170+. Looking for a chill 9 hours a day job at a regular company. Nothing crazy and ok with pay cut.

Manager here in Big4 consulting. I enjoy the people I work for, and have an amazing MD and the best flexibility. I should be promoted to SM shortly. I don’t really care for my job but I don’t want to switch jobs b/c my situation is the best it will get (increasing salary and amazing work life balance). My plan is to stay at my company for the next 5 years, save money, get the employer match, and pension with no aspirations of making MD. Just me, or anyone else feel the same?

Offer 1 (Tech): $150k cash + $110k RSU per year for 4 years per current valuation (not public yet & might go public this year or early next year) in SF. Same as current level or may be a level down. Ops role.

Offer 2 (Consulting) : $160k cash + 15 ~ 20 % bonus. Flexible location but in the East coast Greater NYC area & Manager level.

Got 110% pay increase (RSUs jumped) and I work 10-4 and my manager is insanely supportive (I was only here for 1 month of perf cycle but was given full year bonus/raise equivalent). Hi all, going through the process for an Associate Delivery Manager, Mulesoft. Any tips of what to expect during the interview process? What can I expect for roles and responsibilities? Also any idea in terms of salary range?

1. Salesforce (Acumen) - senior consultant (mulesoft) - 140k base, no RSUs or bonus. perks include all that Salesforce has including espp. Next promo manager and will be granted RSUs. They have filed my h1 so if I refuse now it ll be reneging.
2. Pwc - Manager 2, FS - mulesoft (cloud computing) . Next level is SM. TC 150k. Joining Bonus 25k * Annual Bonus 0%
3. Wipro 145k base (leaning no)
4. Deloitte- consultant (cloud ) 135k base, joining bonus 20k , annual Bonus 15% (leaning no)

Fair compensation? Should i negotiate?

This happened to my buddy and not me but it’s been bothering me: Our manager promised him a promotion and a salary bump back in March and claimed it would hit “early May” and obviously my friend was excited. but they just had a meeting yesterday where my manager claimed that he no longer feels my buddy is ready and is taking away the pay and promotion. When my buddy asked further questions my manager admitted that actually our holding company said no. Is my manager acting in an ethical manner?
