However before joining I am getting calls from projects in TCS who are asking my experience, notice period etc and some basic questions regarding my work as well. Please tell me is this normal? Please tell me my in hand salary in Wipro

Nah, depends how far down the M2 cohort you'll slide in but it probably caps out around 150, or else you'll be going into SM1 territory. Although the friends I've referred are telling me they're offering sign on bonuses of up to 30% to compensate for the crappy base comp. One of them recently got offered nearly 40k for a M role
You’re looking at 130-145. Assuming mid range bonus 8-14%. Comp increases are rumored across the board, but I wouldn’t hold your breath that they raise DDV to the market rates
Really even in the tight market? Are they using objective metrics to arrive at their numbers? Salary dot com has the 50th percentile for compensation at 163k for M&A managers. Disappointing to hear....I’m underpaid now and I have no intention of being underpaid going forward.
