I don’t mean this in a rude way, but if you search “A&M” or “Alvarez” in this bowl you’ll find plenty of posts discussing this with actual figures.
Senior base is $120k (bonus usually $50k - $100k) and Manager base is $140k (bonus usually $100k - $200k).

Damnit, should have left last fall
A&M is amazing if you are willing to work IB hours.. not meant to be a knock, they pay really well for you to work non stop.

I’ve heard it is cutthroat from multiple EY partners..who knows if that is reliable

Our turnover is less than 5%. What’s it in B4 FDD? That should tell you something. Those are facts.

Y’all hiring 😅

Significantly higher bonuses here - this year will definitely be at even higher levels. Makes no sense to do FDD anywhere else - that’s why so many people are leaving big 4 to join.

For FDD the cities are NY, Boston, Atlanta, Nashville, Houston, Chicago, LA, and SF - and I think starting to hire in Miami too. Decent influx in each office but probably the most in NY, Boston and Chicago.

I don’t think we work any more or less than B4. Just get paid better for it. Charge the same or better rates as B4, but the key is a very low overhead and cost structure. No BS spending. There aren’t 250 people managing independence issues and audit conflicts, etc. I worked in B4 and now A&M so speak from experience.
I charge ~$660 as a senior at PwC. 99% of my deals charge @ 100% as well.
We just hired a few people from A&M. If it was really that great I doubt they would have come back.

Guessing that guy got coached out at a&m and you guys picked him up
