Hi all, I’m a product manager with a saas platform in Oslo. I want to understand what is the higher median of salary band for a Sr Product Manager in Norway. Somehow I found the official stats not very reliable.

Is it my firm, or does PA in general have a bunch of talkers?
I was told that once I'd start in charging I would receive a raise for supervising staff.
I was told that once I passed all four sections of the CPA i would receive a bonus.
I was told that the firm would cover some of my expenses related to preparing for the CPA.
I was told that once I trained my replacement I would see a promotion.
- Everything coming from the partner level.
Here I stand now, no better off than I was two years ago.

I have 2 years and 8 months YOE in Java full-stack development and have been on career break for 2.5 years.

Y'all - I am a 2021 grad in a non market amlaw100. I did not hit my 2021 billable target, but first years get a grace period until 3rd year to start hitting it. I also billed 200+ DEI hours and 200+ pro bono. My mentor helped me write a memo advocating for myself to get a discretionary bonus for the DEI and pro bono work AND today I found out that it worked!! I got a discretionary bonus for the work everyone said doesn't get recognized. Advocate for yourselves! And find old white dude allies! 😅

Hi everyone, I need help evaluate an offer for senior data scientist at a mid size corporate in SF (mainly focus on statistical modeling and data analysis, no MLE related tasks):

I see same benifits the only difference is crowdstrike has quarterly international team meets , work from anywhere
Whereas bosch has onsite opportunity to Germany and high job security but need to relocate from my hometown
