I recently had an interview with Deloitte for senior consultant role in consulting practice. I have a masters degree with 5 years of IT experience. Please let me know what salary I can ask for.

Deloitte USI SC avg salary?

Currently SC in a BI capacity. Received an offer from a F500 FMCG that is 20% lower than current salary but offers an opportunity to move from tech to commercial. Been wanting to get away from developer roles, but feeling the offer is too low considering my achievements and tech skills. Any advice on how to navigate or push for a stronger offer? Or is it expected when going from tech to bizops roles?

Is it a lateral move from Deloitte Consultant to PWC Senior Associate?

For context, I was up for promo last year but it was rescinded due to covid. SC promotion is “all but guaranteed” this cycle 🙄. I know PWC has an extra level with the new SM role so not sure if I’d be lateraling to SA3 from C at D? It’s a 40% base comp increase but just curious what the outside perception is... currently 3YOE, top right scatterplot. I’m thinking I could make M in a year or so but is that like SC at D??

What’s the average salary for a GH consultant with 3-4 years of experience in data analytics? Mostly interested to learn more from those with a data background or specializes in developing reports, metrics, and dashboards. I was significantly underpaid at my last job since it was for a non-profit and the job offer for the consultant position is 22-26% more. There’ll definitely be a learning curve but interested to know whether I should have negotiated for more or applied for a SC position.

What’s the Capgemini Invent compensation range for senior consultant? Glassdoor range is huge. For ref 7 YEO, would be looking for £75k - could that be expected?

I was offered a SC role at 125k base. I have a competitive offer for 135k TC.
I told my recruiter that I have a competitive offer & can’t accept the D’s unless it’s 140k base given their benefits. Recruiter came back with 130k. This recruiter has lied to the hiring manager that I accepted the offer even before sending me the offer letter( called Hiring Manager) Process took 3 months.
My Q is - recruiters at D have leverage to raise the compensation and generate a new offer letter?
