I have a second round interview coming up for EY (Technology Risk Senior Consultant), any tips/advice? Or if anyone is currently working at EY under that team (McLean/DC office) what’s your experience been with culture/salary/workload/etc? Thanks!!

Not sure if this is the right bowl, forgive me if not but does anyone know the compensation for Deloitte GPS (business analyst) based in Texas? I am coming in with 1.5 years of experience, and not sure what would be appropriate as I am not a fresh grad, but not a senior consultant either? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! :)

I would love this bowls input on the exit opportunity.
Current: Deloitte Tech Consulting, SC with manager promo extremely likely next year, 155k base, 20-30k bonus
Exit opp: Small T2 Ops group, Manager,180k base, 30-70k bonus, growing practice

T2 benefits are slightly worse, WLB will be worse, but likely more interesting work.

Take the money and run right?

I have an offer to work at a great Fintech. It’s manager title and I’m happy with the 33% pay bump. However, they want me to start asap which means I’ll miss out on my bonus and promo to SC (comes in Oct).

1. Should I be asking for a sign on bonus? I know tech is a bit strapped right now
2. Has anyone ever received their bonus even though they left one month before? It’s a late EOY bonus for the work done in FY2022 (I know this is weird, just how it is)

Senior Consultant - 4 years of experience 110k base, 3-5k annual firm bonus + usually 2-5k performance-based bonus. Am I underpaid when compared to other senior consultants? Non-MBA, non-target school. I went to an average-ranking in-state university.

I’ve been networking with Deloitte individuals at the partner/principal level regarding possible roles. I have 2.5 years clinical experience (have a master’s degree) in rare disease/pharma/genetics/research. Some mentioned coming in as a consultant or SC on the strategy side. Anyone have an idea of what salary/compensation might look like?

Want to get some thoughts on the offers below:

Current -
C at a boutique Strategy firm @ 115K Base + 15% Bonus (130-135K TC)

Offers -
C at Altman (TMT) @ $125K Base + 15-20% Bonus (145-150K TC)

SA at EY-P (Deals) @ $135K Base + 10-15% Bonus (150-155K TC)

Up for promo at my current firm so comp will match Altman in <1 year (150K TC)
Altman C to SC promo would take around 2 years (165K Base + 20% Bonus ~ 200K TC)
EY-P would be <2 years to C (175K + 10-15% Bonus ~ 200K TC)

Senior Consultant salary range in a specialized Technology consulting group at Big4 (non government) for someone with 1.5 YOE?

What comp range should I expect for a SC level HL7 Integration and Interoperability consultant role at Deloitte Consulting in Washington DC? Interviews are next week. I have 4 years exp as Sr. HL7 engineer at Cerner Corporation; came to Booz in June for HL7 FHIR implementation work only to find none exists :) thanks in advance

If I’m a Senior Consultant at consulting firm with base salary of about $150K, would it be possible to find the equivalent of pay on client or industry side? If so, what would the title be called on the other side? About 7 years of experience and looking for wlb fwiw.

Anyone recently exit to a strategy role in big tech? Curious about how the interview process was and whether the comp is comparable to what we make in consulting? Also wonder how the work life balance is? I haven’t started applying yet but trying to figure out whether it will be a good fit

Any firms hiring for SC or equivalent in Chicago and/or Remote? Have years of Rev Cycle and HIT experience. Looking for competitive compensation, good perks/benefits, WLB, and growth.

Debating the below two offers - your thoughts?Im currently a SC with 4 YOE.
1. A top hedge fund, data scientist, relatively new team, same industry and knowledge domain with what I’m currently doing at D. Doesn’t manage people. Flat org and slow promotion.
2. A luxury consumer products company which owns many brand names. Manager, lead the data science driven innovation / optimization from supply chain to marketing. Manage people. Comp is about ~50k less than the hedge fund offer.

2 Role in fractal matches my current role. Whereas the role is tiger in 2 level above current role & i need to boot up for the bigger responsibility which I'm a little worried about being new co

Currently an internal consultant for a large, top tier domestic bank with 4 YOE considering opportunities at big 4 firms. What’s a reasonable expectation for base salary / bonus for consultant/senior consultant roles?

Have 2 offers need your thoughts on 1. NY based bank that is my current client, willing to convert me full time as a Sr BA. on-site role in NYC comp 20% more than other offer. However, not too exciting work and culture is pretty old school.
2. Deloitte SC (CBO) can be based out of anywhere, which I like (prefer moving to a lower COL city from NYC area). Have a 2yo so a bit worried how much travel the role would entail.

Got a AWS offer for 180 as a CSM. Is that a low ball first round? Got down leveled after Loop from Sr. CSM to CSM, recruiter initially said that $230 total comp was on the table.

I’m thinking about switching from banking (not IB) more middle office role to a Senior Consultant client facing role at the Big 4 in Canada. I’ve got 1.5 years of work experience. The offer presented to me is 75k base and 5k bonus, is it too low? I tried to negotiate to 80-85 range but they came back saying they won’t budge.

Need some advice/help to evaluate 2 offers. YOE: 6
I have an offer from Genpact at 4D Band (Senior M ~ Exp Senior Consultant IMO) for TC of $150K Base + 10% Bonus and one expecting from EY at M1 level for $150-160K Base.
Both firms are similar on salary but the position. The next level at Genpact is AVP which I feel is equivalent to Manager only after 2 years. Should I choose Manager level at EY or should I choose a lower level with equal pay which will kind of help me set lower expectations
