Oracle Services - Senior Consultant. Base city is a tier 1 city.

Can you help me with tentative salary range I should expect for this positions and some factors I should consider if at all I need to negotiate on salary...

Just wanted to share the salary of various ranks in EY GDS in Audit profile (Gurgaon). I hope some people will find it useful.
Audit Associate: 3,40,000
Advanced Associate: 4,00,000
Lead Associate: 4,50,000
Senior 1 non qualified: 6,50,000 approx
Senior 1 qualified: 8,50,000 approx

3 years of experience, 1 as a senior. All at top ten in audit. What comp should I be looking for in MCOL or remote?

I know salary gets posted all the time, but it’s hard to find specifics, so if I may be selfish… can any senior associates with about 4 yrs of experience share their position, comp, location, anything else relevant? (ie consulting SA, CPA, 90k base, HCOL city.) I’d like to gather info to see if I should be negotiating for more. Thank you fishies!!

On a project where the senior associate doesn't pass anything on to me to do. I am completely out of the loop and have nothing to do while the SA is doing everything. What should I do? I would chill but I need the utilization to get a good bonus

What would you expect the salary range to be for Senior Managers and Directors of Enterprise Data / Data Management to be outside of tech?

Been assigned PM on a customer project about a month and a half ago, but haven't seen any raise/title change.
Customer is vocally happy with how the project is rolling, upper management is also happy. I setup a call with HR to discuss the position and the compensation. Wanted to get a feel of what's fair.
Company of about 50 ppl, and I'm getting a 110k salary for senior software engineer/dev lead position with 7 YOE in this company.
What data should I prep?

Got a promotion to senior analyst today with new comp at 110k, but have an offer at FAANG for exactly the same salary (110k TC). I'm a senior in advisory at Deloitte within their GPS practice. I'm having some bites on switching to commercial as I have experience in Investment Management, Cloud, and Healthcare. (I'm an analytics resource for GPS). But I suspect this process to be long.

I'm making $105 with a ~10% bonus. I have an offer to move for 125k + ~10% bonus at a tier 3 boutique with better work life balance. Am I dumb to leave Deloitte? I've only been at Deloitte for less than a year.

Startup Corp Dev Comp?

Got an offer for a corporate development role at a pre-ipo startup. Senior manager title but not really meaningful as it’s a startup, essentially I’ll be the only corp dev guy outside of the c-suite.

205k USD cash comp + 115K USD options (net value at current private valuation). IPO likely to happen over the next year.

Wondering if anyone knew a rough TC comp range to expect for a company at this stage? I’m weighing this role vs an IBD VP role (BB).

Need advice on whether I should accept an offer for solution engineer at Salesforce versus staying as senior consultant (salesforce implementation) at Big 4. Will make manager in 12 months at Big4, versus likely taking 24 months to make senior SE at Salesforce. Salesforce role will be a 10% base comp increase and 50% total comp increase compared to my current role. Thoughts on what I should do?

Any Scimitar 🐠 or folks familiar with Scimitar? A colleague at EY just accepted a role there and claims the total comp is 40% more than his total comp at EY and he was at the very top of the senior consultant pay band as an MBA hire. The folks on LinkedIn look like a bunch of former PwCers.

I'm expecting an offer from Accenture in the next couple of days. The recruiter mentioned that compensation for my area (T1) and level would start at 90k+10k bonus. Would it be reasonable to ask for 100k base? I'm coming in as an experienced hire. This is for a senior analyst (CL10) position in CDP. Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Considering applying for a few senior roles with 1 year of FT experience. I figure I might as well since I work on a small team and have been an acting senior since pretty much day 1 without the title/comp. I’ve been a high performer in my current firm and have sizable experience prior to public. Anyone have success applying for roles “ahead of schedule” like this?
