Is it normal for a Jr Strategist to be the only Strategist on a project? I’m on a small team strapped for time/resources and 8 times out of 10 in this position, most of the time without any strategic oversight (unless I express needing help/support). I pull a lot of weight and my work gets great feedback from the Account team/clients - I can’t help but think that maybe I’m being taken advantage of by being paid a Jr salary

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

So I have family situation I've been dealing with and yesterday at a company function outside the office, my supervisor brought it up in front of a bunch of people. First of all highly inappropriate, but also it's nobody's business. She's made comments before outside of work about how her boss is gay, blah blah blah. I'm just at a loss. Should I report it to HR?
