Recently accepted a role a junior role at a small shop. Although I’m thrilled, a couple key members of an already lean strategy team just announced their departure from the agency. If they’re expecting me to fulfill the duties of a mid-level strategist can I bring up a salary review? Don’t wanna ruffle any feathers considering how new I am but also wanna be valued for the work I’m doing :/

I’m exhausted with having to educate colleagues on what we do. I know we’re specialists as producers, but we work in the same industry, people. There has to be a modicum of knowledge and understanding with the agency process from top to bottom. And if you don’t have the experience, PLEASE don’t tell me how something should be done.

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued.
