I am currently unemployed and have an offer of 8.30 lpa from a company. but the catch is, in the end of the process, they told me about 18-month bond after 3 month probation, night shifts, no transport facility in nights, designation is survey programmer and i would have to learn Market-Research tools. now i am frontend dev(react, js, etc) with 2 yoe. Should I keep looking? or just join for now and keep looking while on probation? will that make me look like a hopping profile?

What will happen to the money in Zaggle card after leaving EPAM?

Has anyone made the switch from public accounting/audit to recruiting? Whether it’s agency, campus recruiting, experienced hire, etc. If yes, how did you make the switch with the argument that we don’t necessarily have “recruiting experience”?

What's better? Go back to school for a master's($14k) in information systems that will teach Net, SAP, SQL Server, UML, XML, Rapidminer, Tableau, Python, R, Blockchain, cybersecurity tools, and more OR get certifications for some of these platform? I currently have 2.5 yoe, have some work experience with Tableau and different SQLs, validating data, etc. My goal is to break into this industry and have enough skill to exit Accenture within a year or two. Currently in the TDP program.

I’m going through some datasets to match up entity names. Basically I’m just trying to see if one entity name is listed in another spreadsheet. I’ve tried vlookups and matches but the entity names differ a little bit sometimes in the one sheet so they won’t match (extra commas, some words shortened, added inc/llp at the end, etc). Is there anyway to get around this and avoid manually going thru to match?

I need feedback. My bf of 2 years broke up with me because I lied about a certain friendship turned situationship I was in before we got together. The whole ordeal ended months before we got together but I kept contact with said situationship participant strictly as a friend as we had the same friend group during the early talking stages of me and my boyfriend’s relationship but I cut off all communication with said person as soon and things turned official.

How much should an L2 engineer with over 4 years of experience working for an MSP be making in NY metropolitan area? I am jack of all trades working on ESXi, Windows Servers, firewall, switches. I do have a couple of CompTIA certs. I am making somewhere around 90k and I feel I am underpaid. In the last four years I haven’t really went out to interview and get offers as I kind of like my current job. However, I feel as I am leaving money on the table, which I shouldn’t be.
