Hi all, I have an offer in hand from Coforge (20+1) and indegene (22+1). Confused which one to go for as both are offering IT delivery role.

I am mainly working with shops in the States as a non-native speaker and I am constantly worried about my ability to communicate (in any professional occasion but mostly in meetings). I am working with some of the best shops and this makes the situation worse considering that I am largely surrounded by an extremely competent group of folks that are super good at any form of communication. How do you feel as a native speaker when you meet non-natives? Should they be worried, or, they doing ok?

3 attorney firm. I’ve been here for 6 years and have used Westlaw exclusively. Now we are switching to Lexis because apparently Westlaw is too expensive. I hate change. I know where everything is on Westlaw and now I need to relearn. Apparently Westlaw will not budge on price and would rather just see a client leave than work with them. Super annoying. Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I am wondering if anyone with this current setup has any feedback about it.
