Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

I work as a Solution Specialist (sales rep) at an Authorizer Verizon retailer. Phone/wireless sales is not something I want to do forever. I have 4 years mobile sales experience and 3 additional years of niche sales/ customer service experience. I’m feeling stuck and every career/job move fells it is a step backwards. I’ve seen a lot of recruiters recently trying to hire for advisory consulting firms that claim they do the work that Big 4 can’t because of independence issues. Does anyone think these types of firms are sustainable or will big 4 find a way around the independence restrictions and take this work back?

Has anyone here had to give a 90 day plan in an interview? I’m on round 5 now for a field role, and I was informed this will be what the final interview consists of. Panel of 5-6 supposedly. My psychiatrist today revealed to me that I may have ADHD, still a hypothesis that he is still exploring but from my personal experiences and discussions with therapist, it seems likely.

One example of personal experience is my ongoing prep for case studies as I'm interviewing with a number of firms. I do struggle to keep focus and generally take a bit longer to finish them, specifically the structuring of the case. Does anybody else feel the same way and any recommendations to overcome this?
