A couple of ppl in my previous agency, saw a competitor acct try a very interesting idea that we thought was cool — but their execution was super localized, in europe, and was not even done to its fullest potential. The son of the owner where I work has been coming to work with a gun showing it off to people. The owner is mad and feels my case is biased and suspended me. He admitted guild and its not about what happened but why! Anybody have any tips on how to go about the relocation conversation? I’m looking to move out of the city with our main office to a city with a much smaller office. With post-covid office culture I can’t imagine it’s that big of an ask. So, after a year of not so quietly making it known that I wanted to make the transition from the tech side to the business side I have officially been extended an offer to take on a Project Manager internally (coming from a software configurer). The client I have been assigned to has many of our products, however, the specific project I have been assigned to is a problem child and has damaged the companies relationship with the client. Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.

How is Client interview conducted in persistent systems

Just got the word that I didn’t get an offer for a role I really wanted. Had the final round of interviews last week. I’m honestly shocked as I was overqualified for the role and the interviews went better than I could have imagined. Best advice for asking for feedback from the recruiter?

Would going to accounting advisory or finance in industry or Ops at a big bank be a better option for career?
