This is my first time negotiating. Any pointers? Offer is as follows: 110k, 5k bonus, 10% AIP, and I believe 23 pto days for a Consultant role

Why the resource team is wrongly mapping to higher level management role project proposals. Like 4 yr experienced people are being proposed for 10 year experience requirement.
Does anyone else faced this? LTI

Guys i am switching jobs for first time so need your help
Company x offered me 9 LPA
Company y offered 11 LPA

I want to join company x more due to their tech stack, culture etc. It's also an established product based company while y is service based.
How do I initiate negotiations with x? I have plenty of time left in notice, but x also requested to join early (if previous company releases, with buyout+bonus) for which I have discussions next Wednesday.

Has anyone received equity as contingency comp? I have a potential client with a founders dispute. He doesn’t have cash, and the other founder ripped him off and is now running the company. He wants to sue for equity and wants to pay me with whatever equity he wins. I’ve never done a deal like that. Is that even enforceable? CA law. The startup is actually quite promising.

Exl - 22.3 ctc (20 fix) plus 1.5 JB

Note - Mercer hr is saying first say no to exl in a mail then i will release offer letter.
