Which top consulting firms, if any, will pay for your MBA?

Considering the FRM certification. Those who’ve taken it, how quant heavy is it? I have a compliance risk background and don’t have a deep math or statistics background. However, I want to expand my skillset. Any thoughts?

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?

What are some things I can do while on the bench?

Applying for an Associate role at McK Ops practice after being actively sourced by multiple recruiters. I was excited about it at first, but struggling to find bandwidth for case practicing. I’ve pushed interviews to a later time already to accommodate for my schedule, but now I’m even busier than before. I’m second guessing whether I should go through with it, as the prospect of an even worse WLB is off-putting. Should I just stop the process? Or just see what happens?

Genuinely curious question: why do so many international students want to get MBAs in the US... it’s hard for them to get work here, with Trump it’s hard to even get and stay here, so what’s the appeal? There are plenty of other good universities internationally so why the expensive ones in the US?

I'm 1 year out of college and recently inherited $400k and have another $120k saved up from internships and work.

I know the standard thing to do is DCA into an index fund/ETF but is there anything else I should be doing to invest my money and hedge against inflation. I'm just concerned with the political turmoil going on and trying to figure out what ETFs I should be investing in and how much I should be putting in every week.

I’m getting really discouraged by the process of finding a daycare. Currently 32w pregnant and it’s crazy to me that literally no daycare I’ve spoken to can speak to availabilities in the Spring. It’s nothing but waitlists. Should I have started looking sooner? Starting to get worried that my maternity leave will and and we will still have zero plan on how to get childcare.
