As a company we are looking at going digital with our employee personnel and medical files etc. What are some of the ways you have done that? Any advice/recommended process?
Any strategies or resources you could recommend for getting rid of the dreaded annual performance review (or at least lessening the dread) and creating a more effective year round performance feedback system? Our review is currently tied to our end of year bonuses and merit increases, so not sure I could get rid of it entirely. This would be for hourly and management employees, all working on-site.

Question for you sales and saas guys￼. I work for a fast growing startup and we are billing around 200 K a month. I am in charge of the sales team and our CFO mandates that we collect ACH payment information on every agreement. The problem with this is we have to reel in micro deposit amounts from customers and it feels like herding cats.￼ I’ve worked for three great tech companies and I’ve never had ACH nor have I ever paid for services with ACH.￼ Is this a totally dated process?￼

I love my husband but can’t pretend I’m not a bit resentful of us having to wire 1K to his parents every month. If they truly needed it and were trying the best it would be one thing but this is largely bc of poor investment decisions on their part. On the other hand my parents have been prudent and in a position to lend us money. I become all the more bitter given we live closer to his parents and spend more time with them.
