Advice for studying for CISA? I’ve purchased the CRM, QAE, and Hemang Doshi’s book. So far I’m having trouble reading through the CRM because it’s so detailed that everything seems important and difficult to retain. I’m an incoming new hire so I think I should read the book even though I know people who have passed with only QAE (they were previous b4 interns)

Is a big deal if the background check agency can’t verify one of my employers? They have been trying to reach HR and my manager previously but no response from that company. It was a job I had in 2015

After working from home for the last 9 months, I do not want to ever go back into the office. I'd like to stay permanently remote. Advice for bringing this topic up with my manager? Or should I hold off on asking until we actually need to return (probably not until May or June at this rate). I need your immediate help for Barclays, i am in the middle of the interview process for Barclays Pune/Mumbai, I have heard that they do check Credit Report for all roles as a part of their Pre employment screening (May be stage 1).
Is that correct?
Can someone please check their Background screening report and confirm?
I think they use Hireright as their 3rd part agency but not sure.

I am writing this message besides the staff group of EY GDS. Specifically Staff -1 at assurance level. I would request everyone to spare few minutes and read it -

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

What's triggering you to feel exhausted, negative, or lose your motivation?

We all start our jobs full of hope and promise. That same hope and promise may still be there. However, the eventual grind or consistent overcommitment of anything will trigger you towards Burnout if you are not aware of them.

Be aware if you are consistently over-committing to something that will burn you out. Take breaks. Change your patterns. Whatever you need to do. Just don't overdo it.
