Yep, 20% won't do it for me. Chances are you will get little to no raise your first year at New firm. So you'll be ahead at current firm soon enough. Plus, your network and internal process knowledge has value. You will have to work extra to make up for that at New firm.

How senior we talking? Con and senior Con have quite similar expectations except the senior would need to bring in more revenue from what I've seen
