I recently started at HubSpot as an account executive covering SMB. I’m finishing up training and a Salesforce recruiter reached about a job opening doing pretty much the same thing. Salesforce was near the top of my list of prospective companies. Curious if anyone has experience working there and would recommend it over HubSpot?

Hi everyone! In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

I’m currently working with a senior level HR candidate. This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality. I’m curious is anyone else having difficulties play some candidates like this? At this point I’m starting to think it’s racial or her sex based of the lack of interest in this candidate. Any thoughts?

So I just started a new job in sales (B2B specifically). All my life I’ve been in blue collar jobs, military, then construction work ect. Hi 👋🏻 Would love some support here - looking to build out a bonus structure for a Sales Engagement Mgr role - it isn't a typical sales role - this person will be closing deals but not necessarily securing leads. If they will be scoring leads, it will be organic via conferences, partnerships. Of course, we want to encourage and incentivize this person. Potentially giving then an extra 20-50k bonus potential.
