May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

I have no useful suggestions, but I'm so disappointed my country doesn't see the value in allowing more people in your position. You sound like a great citizen to have and I apologize for our bonkers system.
At least allowing for immigration of skilled workers at vastly increased numbers. It's not a zero sum game, especially if the additional numbers are the type who expand the economy.
Marry a nice girl.
Brutally honest answer? The easiest and otherwise similarly good / better options are to decide to become a Canadian or an Australian instead.
P1 if that’d make such a huge difference why aren’t we seeing the difference now in the first 4 years🙄
Transfer abroad for a year as an EM and come back on an L-1 visa. Makes it significantly faster
Absolutely. Has to be an L1A, just to be clear.
McKinsey can sponsor a green card
They can. But the indian queue is 150 years. I've been on the approved queue for 3 years now. But I have many colleagues on it for 10 years now.
Marry a US citizen and get a prenup. Seriously, in most states you’ll find good, humble people who go nuts over a 6 figure salary. Vacation in spots like Maine or NH where that money is out of reach in most people’s minds. You’ll be MUCH better off marrying someone who doesn’t take that kind of loot for granted.
Same boat. At this point, “investing” half a million seems like the easiest, hassle-free option to me. The thing is though, it’s not so much investing as throwing money down the drain to go the regional center route and I’ve lately been wondering if the Green Card is worth that high a price tag.
EB5 is the easiest way
Have you looked at Canada? Might be easier to get permanent residency there. And Canada is basically America Lite.
And have stayed on ever since. I am an Indian citizen so those 3 options^ aren't viable. I really like it here in the states and want to work on my own business in the future (need a GC for that, currently on a work visa). Considered joining the military under MAVNI but they shut down that program. Don't know if they're any other viable options to stay here long term.
Any suggestions or ideas, fish?!
Sorry for the tipsy sat night post

Flex and marry a nice woman of modest stature
Come to Canada and run away from the political tension down there 🇨🇦. We are constantly rated as one the best countries in the world to live, offer everyone good health care etc
Haha I wish. Idk but I love it here in the US and have found my group of amazing people and culture. I was about to join the USMC to serve and earn cit but they canceled that program lol
