Genesys (customer service) campaign - It’s a B to B co, but running B to C spots - what am I missing?
I’m in my 3rd Quarter as an SDR and we’re paid on meetings booked. All Qs in 2021 and Q1 ‘22 goal were 21/Q… Q2 increased to 35 (with 0 evidence that we could hit this number)… no one hit it but we still did our best Q yet.
We’re < 1 week from the end of Q3. Our goal was 35, but as of 2 weeks ago they told us it has changed. They did not tell us how it changed, just that it had. They still have not given us our commission structure. We don’t know how we’re being paid this quarter.

Hey all, I work in enterprise SaaS sales. Wondering what is your favorite site/app for finding your next job? Any none obvious ones (not LinkedIn, etc). Trying to see if there’s something better out there.
I’m feeling so incredibly undervalued at my job. I’m coming up on a year here and am somehow being trusted less/given less opportunities than when I began. I’ve done a lot of self examining and I can’t for the life of me figure out what I could have done to spark this, and when I’ve tried to advocate for myself and talk to management they placate me or tell me I’m “just not there yet” with little constructive criticism. I’m exhausted, demeaned, and feeling hopeless. Is this common? Should I go?
Thoughts on PHR vs SHRM-cp cert? I currently have my aPHR and found it incredibly helpful but not sure which next level cert to shoot for!
Hello All, I have lost my job . I currently work for Data Visualization company as an Account Executive in Toronto. Any referrals or if any one is hiring in software sales please contact me.
Do the hours ever get better?
Has anyone taken a sabbatical? What was your company's policy? What was your experience like making the request?
As I get older, I'm beginning to realize how little personal time I have since so much of my time and attention is consumed by work. Working from home has dramatically improved my life, but I have begun to feel rooted to a single corner of my home with little variety. I want to have experiences in the world that 10 days of vacation simply can't provide.
We are thinking of implementing a policy on flexible bank holidays but not sure if we have all bases covered. Any advice?
Google slides or keynote.

So over the snarky asshole white frat boy culture
I’m currently a hr specialist and have 3-4 years experience in hr with 10 years fully admin. I’m now level 7 cipd qualified with a masters in HR and struggling to get into a hr manager role as I’m way overqualified for the role I’m in now. How hard is to break into manager role?
I know this has been discussed but can’t find exactly what I’m after... How much is too much money to negotiate? Negotiate for more money and more PTO or just one. Both are low, especially the PTO
With layoffs slowing down. Does that give anyone reassurance of things going back to normal?
Any suggestions on how to get around the “gatekeeper?” My job relies on calling and visiting cold leads and getting past the gatekeeper and speaking to someone who can make a decision is becoming nearly impossible.
Need backpack suggestions! Want to use to consolidate my work/purse items and yoga clothes/towel/etc so I can take public transport to work... is tumi the best option? Lululemon?
I hope someone can help. A close friend who just joined an IB. During the onboarding process they were asked about any previous arrests, etc. They were arrested, charges were totally dismissed and their record expunged. The arrests aren't relevant at all to their work.
State says most disclose only under very narrow circumstances, none apply to their IB job. Llaw clearly states than can legally say they weren't arrested. Background checks were totally clean. Should they disclose?
I feel like my hormones have been off ever since pregnancy. I’m in my early 30s but I get heat flashes, which I never had before. PMS symptoms have also gotten so bad (chin breakouts, extreme bloating and constipation, very irate, feeling ravenous often, random chin hair, etc). Despite all my best efforts I can’t seem to lose weight either. From what I researched so far, it seems like not a lot of people specialize in hormones (I’m in Chicago). Anybody else go through this or have suggestions?
Any companies in demand of part-time online workers? I'm looking to work from home (Tuesday to Friday part time). Any recommendations? Thank you.
I started as an associate in 2021 in a mid size. My schedule was full until the end of May. Starting in June, I’m not scheduled on any clients at all. Meanwhile the other associate who started with me have full schedule until end of year. I contacted HR and said it’s ok for first year. Is this normal? Why this happening?
I have a phone screen coming up for an erp consultant role at Deloitte. I have 2 years of experience in oracle financials. How much should I ask for the base salary?
Is anyone working in CAE Inc?
Who else has been in a workplace environment similar to mine?
2 months ago I started at a Marketing Agency as the digital content creator.
I’ve done exceptionally well and have even jumped on other tasks to alleviate pressure on my bosses where others needed help. Just last week I received praise for my hard work and how happy they are to have me on the team.
Now this week, I’m in fear of losing my job bc I took a weekend trip to Boston and got sick and needed time off per doctors note. 🤨
Anyone from MongoDB company here to refer me to a VP customer success role based in London or Germany ?
Well that took a while but it seems layoffs will come in a landslide....
“Altman Weil principal Eric Seeger told Law.com that he has spoken with about three dozen managing partners in the last month, and all are reviewing staffing “with the intention of a head count reduction”. https://www.abajournal.com/news/article/skadden-is-latest-firm-to-announce-layoffs-experts-say-its-only-the-beginning
Considering taking a pay cut and title cut for a job that’ll let me work 4 days a week with minimal stress. Doing it given burn out and young kid. Is this career suicide?
