Hello everyone! This is my first time posting since joining this platform. I’m interested in connecting with someone who is open to HR mentoring. I’ve been in HR now for about six years and have never had a mentor. I’ve been relying mostly on SHRM and other people in the company for feedback. Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

Hello! Will be receiving a $400 stipend from my new org for office setup. I currently have a 15” 2015 Pro, my husband has a Lenovo, I’ll be provided with a work laptop, we have a used office desk.

Any recommendations on what I should use the stipend for? Hubby was suggesting a printer because we don’t currently have one, but I feel like I don’t really print that much anymore and I’ll be working remotely.

I have received an email from HR that you have been selected at citi and asking to send few documents like id, salary slip,few other forms that need to filled and scanned. It does not have compensation offered in any of the attached document. Can you help when they will release compensation offered part? What will be the further process? Will they call me and discuss? How does it go in citi?
