Why’s it so hard for agencies to be transparent with their own employees?

Have a big interview tomorrow. The question I dread the most is about why you’re looking for a new job. The honest answer is that there isn’t enough work to go around at my agency and I want to get ahead of the inevitable layoffs. What’s the best way to tell them this? My friend and I (both Asian and gay) were seating at the cafe on the 2nd floor of Saks Fifth Ave today waiting for our table for the restaurant on the 9th floor. A lady came and asked where are we from, and “why are you two men in this mall? This is for female only”. I said this mall sells products for all genders. She said she has walked all floors and never saw a thing for men. Then she threw curse at me. I stood up and asked her to repeat what she said. She pulled her phone and called 911

I have not recieved any confirmation regarding laptop delivery,Wfh or wfo.
I have asked from my HR so ge mentioned please be ready,You MAY need to work from office as per business requirements.

As a realtor, how do I find better commissions? The office I work in has only offered me low-tier listings, and they bring zero to none commission. I want to change that but don't know where to start. Any advice?

How do you respond when someone asks your salary? Give me both- where you tell a number and where you don't. Also if I'm giving out a number (obviously to a close one), should I say my package(including stocks)? or my in hand salary before tax? or in hand salary after tax?

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?
