I’m going through the interview process with B4 for senior audit position. My salary expecting are around 85k but EY and Deloitte recruiters told me that it was pretty high. Is that true? (Miami location)

Started as a BDR and got moved into partnerships within the same org. Comp was initially 75k CAD with OTE 120K CAD. New comp for new partner channel I am carving out, I am offered same base but guaranteed 75% quota attainment payout. Is this a fair comp? Would love any constructive thoughts/points on this. Company is in eComm vertical

Was interviewing with a firm and soon after receiving an offer, learned of bad culture/toxic partners in the practice group from a couple of associates who recently lateraled from the firm. I turned the offer down. A partner that I clicked with while interviewing reached out asking me why I turned down the offer. Should I be honest and relay what I heard?

What is your understanding of the norms around whose names end up on a brief/complaint/motion papers etc.? I’m a midlevel at an AmLaw 20 firm and have twice been the principal drafter of something only to be cut from the signature block. The associate senior to me is on it despite having done far less of the work. And it’s not because it required a rewrite or something. The filed product is 80-90% my work.
