I need your reviews on work culture, growth and any insider caution that I need to take care of.
Also your opinions on which one I should join.

Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? My elder brother (2 year elder) and jobless from 8 years (don't want to do anything just sleep all day - he is also a software engineer).

I have to take care of his everything thing which includes his health insurance, his clothes, his daily foods, and other basic things. If i don't do then my mother is getting angry. Also, he Don't respect me and bad mouth about me with our relatives that i am not doing anything for him.

Do companies benefit from hiring sap certified employees? I mean how do companies utilise these certifications?

Currently I have offers from 2 companies (say A and B), A is paying more but I want to join B (B is paying less but better brand). Planning to ask B to match salary that A offers. Have 2 doubts:
1) Does companies actually verifies the pay that the competition is offering? (Dont want to ruin my offer with A if B doesn't match the salary)
2) Will it impact my job prospects at A if it gets to know I tried to match their offer from a competition?
