My friend has got offers from Deloitte USI and PWC India. Can anyone working in these firms shed some light on which company to join for a Salesforce developer. Also can you list out your preference based on certain parameters like quality of work, company policies, opportunities and so on. Salary is same for both.

CapGemini - 21 LPA (incl 10 % variable)
IBM - 16 LPA (fixed)

Trying to negotiate with IBM for matching the CTC offered by CapGemini.

Which is better and stable company to join as an experienced Java resource.

I see a lot of people saying that product managers don’t make as much as engineering managers, which is probably true at the middle management levels, but at the Director/VP levels it seems like product pulls way ahead. 2. Infostrech (Apexon now) 21 fixed 1.25 JB

Infosys permanent wfh (Infosys doesn't have office in Gujarat)
Infostrech (Apexon) 1year wfh then hybrid (office is there in my hometown)
