10 yrs experience, in Project Leader role in IT support. Earning 34L and managing a small team of folks but not sure how much will I excel as I’m a non programmer.

I’ve applied for PGPpro but not sure what roles I should look for post course completion. A product manager, program manager? What else can my background bring to the table with this course? Is this worth doing based on my background?
