1.Infy giving 1.25L joining bonus. Where as HCL has no joining bonus.
2.Infy giving quarterly variable pay whereas HCL giving yearly variable pay.

I hold two offers, one from Capgemini (14F+1 Joining Bonus) and UST (12 F + 1 Variable). Which organization should I choose? Which is better from career perspective. If I ask for Counter offer from UST will they match Capgemini's offer?

Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!

I was initially considered for an insights and analytics Manager - experience management opportunity, aced all the interviews and the recruiter got back to me saying they really liked me but are considering me for a Senior Consultant position in order to ‘set me up for success’, and that I could be promoted to manager anywhere within 3 to 6 months..

My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself.
