194k base, 50k stock per year, 20k bonus, is it considered overpaid for 10 YOE?

I was offered a associate manager job in quality in HCL technologies which is in sector 126.... Can someone confirm how much should I expect... My current package is 6.55 lpa and I have total 7+ yr exp and 5.5 relevant exp in quality auditing.

Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn.
