I would definitely reevaluate what you’re eating and make it cleaner if you can. Also would mention all of this to your OB. 25 weeks should be a sweeter spot of pregnancy I’m sorry :(
I feel you at 28 weeks.
For me personally, I feel better when I eat smaller meals and consume less carbs. If I have a big rice dish for example, I almost immediately and desperately need to nap. I still need a Tums every night to be able to lie down though, regardless.
As far as mobility, stretching (cat-cow, downward dog, pigeon, butterfly, holding squat position) and light strength training have helped keep me feeling decent. I avoid cardio because being on my feet throughout the day is already tiresome enough on my calves and feet.
