2am and CLT is a madhouse

Hi all, I am trying to DCA bi-weekly into Vanguard ETFs, (VO, VTI etc). It seems like Fidelity does not support auto buying of non-Fidelity ETFs. So I was wondering which of these options you think is best?

1. Open a Vanguard Invest account
2. Look for Fidelity ETFs that are similar to Vanguard ETFs
3. Use smaller brokerages like SoFi l, Robinhood etc.

I really do not want to manage nor be active. My goal is to log-in like once every 6 months.

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. A quick note about what I’ve experienced, in my decade long career, is the real advantage of MBB or FAANG - it gives you a shot at stretch roles that are outside your expertise. Not all the time or even most of the time compared to better candidates with specific experience for the role but gives you this wildcard shot at a vast array of opportunities.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
