I have my infosys interview two weeks ago, I intentionally delayed infosys process thinking they can not match the same.

BUT HR told they are ready to pay 15 (10% variable) + 1 lakh JL and role as Senior Associate Consultant.

Is it just a way to say NO or now a days Infosys reallying paying so High? Really surprised even they agreed on that much.
