Anyone get very depressed and anxious specifically around their birthday?? Comes around every year and it’s hard because people are asking me how I’m going to celebrate or what the plan is. Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?
