4. Offer to go to Two FAANGS as a program manager, 150k base, 75k annual equity (non technical role)

I don’t love what I do but seems I could make partner in 3-5 years at D. Having tough time turning down Columbia Bschool or FANG.

I’m intrigued but I want to know 2 things:
1. Culture/WLB - how is it?
2. Realistic market opportunity/opportunity to crush quota (obv dependent on many things)

Background: Currently making 95k/160k OTE at a boutique research and consulting firm. I’m happy but we’re extremely flat with little to no opp for promotion in the next 2+ years.

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.

How hard is it to pivot to a BDR/SDR role as a tech consultant from a boutique firm with 1-yr experience? I don’t have previous sales experience, except for my time at a call center which lasted for two months until covid hit. What should I be doing now to bridge this knowledge gap? I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also.
