Org and destination? I just rebooked til tmw am from this am. Knowing this would happen

The annoying bit: They've rescheduled thrice ... I had rescheduled to a 8 pm flight after the morning cancellation .. And in the airport since 7:30 pm... :/ BOS- ATL

I had to switch airlines and am heading out tomorrow AM. One extra night at home this week! I did keep my original return flight for Thursday, but won't hesitate to change again if shits not caught up by Wednesday night.

Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

If I’m right on the cusp of hitting the contribution reductions for a Roth IRA for 2021 (will potentially have a greater than $125k AGI depending on bonus amount, but likely won’t exceed $130k), what should I do? I can fully find the $6k right now to a Roth, fund like $5k and then wait until June when I find out my bonus amount to decide what to do with the rest, or should I just do an IRA->Roth conversion just to be safe?
