🤨

I was in the final stages of an interview with Microsoft two weeks ago, in partner marketing. Then the recruiter told me they were putting the hiring process on hold to assess the need for the role. Well, then we heard about Microsoft layoffs last week. Seems like most were in Xbox and Project Alpha but there’s not a lot of information out there. Should I hold out any hope that I’m going to get this job? Any insights on how much these layoffs have impacted the marketing org and/or new hiring?

Ken cheng is the 5 year old.
He let his five year old fire someone? That’s awesome! How else does a future Joffrey Baratheon get his feet wet?
Take your child to work day at the Texas department of corrections on execution day
He is a stand up comedian. This is one of his made up jokes to expose cringe LinkedIn posts.

This, this is what happens when you have to post everyday.
He should have told his kid, "I'm sure Paul will be fine, he has kind eyes, fire him anyway."
He has an "Open to work" badge and he is about to fire Paul? Hahaha.
Happened to my boss once in a layoff. He was next.
I don’t have a script when I need to fire people…
Yeah I don’t think someone’s kid can actually fire you.
This guy is a comedian. I didn’t think this one was that funny, but he’s had a few very good ones. I prefer his posts to most of the stuff that shows up in my feed.
Kids are great at this.
*Boom, you’re fired*
