I have a large collection of live houseplants but I wanted a large (5’) fake plant for a place in my house that gets little to no sunlight. I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess.
