200K in 10 years puts you at Senior Manager, which is like 140-175K based on cost of living. Hopping is necessary in my experience.

I hit that in my 5th year. Even if I’m a bit of an outlier I’d say it’s definitely realistic by year 10.
$200K in 10 years is no problem. $300K you’ll probably wanna steer clear of industry, audit, or tax. You’re more likely to hit the higher end of that range if you specialize early, job hop, get lucky with the right role/company, or some combo of all 3.
