It looks like PWC has the “worst” paternity leave policy out of all the big 4 with only 8 weeks off then another 4 weeks at 24hrs per week. Anyone think this might change soon? EY and Deloitte give 16 weeks and KPMG gives 12 weeks.

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.
