McKinsey & Company A third party recruiter contacted me about a role at McKinsey & Company and submitted my resume and info. Head hunter confirmed McKinsey wants to interview me, but it has been 3 weeks and no word from McKinsey or any additional update from the head hunter besides “they should be reaching out”. Is this normal or should I move on? For background, I’ve been stalling the interview process with a fin tech startup.

Would you take a pay cut to move from an on-site to a fully remote position? If so what % of a cut and where would you move if anywhere?

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?

However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. I’ve only been at my current company for about 8 months, but I don’t ever see myself loving this job. How do I know when it’s time to make a change?
