Undergrad in desperate need of advice. Have full time offers from Kearney and Roland Berger. Interested in PE/M&A work. I feel like Kearney is a great cultural fit and a strong name - the safe option. Roland is promising me tons of international travel and strong CDD work. Not sure what to do/consider. Any advice appreciated.

I see several posts from people asking how they can help during these times with a few extra $$$ to spend. Here is just one of many ideas.

#stepuptothetable is about helping local restaurants who are struggling during these times. I have seen numerous linkedin posts with videos where people challenge each other to step up to the table & buy meals & gift cards from their community restaurants. A great way for those of us who are more fortunate to support business & keep people employed.

Proximity to good restaurants
Safe location
Bar to get drinks after work

Close to client. If your team is traveling where are they staying? Where I want points.
I don't drink during the work week and usually end up working, so restaurant/room service/ healthy uber eats options. I like having a frig in the room and decent workout place incase I can squeeze one in. Not a breakfast person, so that doesn't factor in for me.
Always ask for a room away from the elevator and ice machine and not facing a major road ( translate to quiet room, but you often need to be specific)
Rising Star
I always pick a hotel that is close to the work location, dinner restaurants, with a good breakfast on site or nearby, and a good gym. I like to keep my routine up and having close proximity removes friction.
Also pick one with a good comfortable bed.
Use a duffel bag not a rolling carryon so you can get through thr airport faster and no risk of having your bag gate checked.
Yes I am a guy. In a decade of traveling I never once had a duffel taken for gate check. They can always find a place to cram it in an overhead. I frequently had a roll bag taken. I always iron my clothes anyway no matter what type of suitcase I use, so there is no opportunity cost there.
