Negotiating with EY for M/SM Tech Consulting. I have 15 years experience, skills are in demand and my interviews went extremely well. 1. What are the salary ranges for M and SM in NYC. 2. I am told it is only going to be a M now, for my own benefit-no EY network means failure at selling. Whats the highest salary I can negotiate at M. Any other tips will be handy. I have "sold" (support on sales & new roles through relationships) plus I have solid delivery experience. I really want SM 😀😀😀 EY
In-hand for below offer?

Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

McKinsey & Company How likely is McKinsey to rescind an offer if there's a recession/downturn before my start date? Received an Associate offer with a start date early in the Fall. But I'm worried about the offer being rescinded due to the ongoing McK scandals/issues and a potential recession in the making (which may prompt them to freeze hiring and/or renege offers).
Has this happened to anyone before at McKinsey, offer getting rescinded due to economic/company downturn? A bit worried

Was in the same position a few years ago, id expect ~25% total. Don't come in thinking you'll make the demands. Comp is structured, not an individualized approach until u come in with an offer letter for another job
Promotion percentage had historically been based on where you fall in the zones. Unless you're at the bottom of level 9 salary, I'd guess 18% is too high. But 15 is possible
I heard rumors that they are standardizing salaries for some DTE and operating groups...which one are you?
Agree with A4. And just because CC is head of practice, stating expectations now won't change your actual percentage allocations.
How do you have counselees as a consultant?
GCP guys on my team. Technically they have someone else, but all GCP on my diamond client were reassigned CCs at the account level like one week before Talent Discussions. Total cluster - for four of them, new CC asked that I be assigned as Alternate counselee for online feedback, AND I was the only one representing them on the calls (i was supposed to just support, each of their CCs stated last minute they hadn't prepared for the call. Flipped my shit on their CCs for bailing like that, but glad I was there to do it
Quick takeaway: TC is fucked up. Practice leads having a consultant as a counselee and a consultant acting as a CC. Either the pyramid is crazy or matching is just way off
Thanks. Is that TOTAL (annual performance increase and promotion), or just promo? I'm assuming they'll try and lump them together and not measure each individually.
Meeting with CC next week - he's also the head of the practice, and I want to discuss plans/expectations before all decisions are finalised and they push something my way.
What DTE..will make all the difference in the world
Everything is standardized now, difference isntbin base but bonus, and if you really hit it out a date that fights for stock for a manager.
If you're in MC or TC expect lower, deloitte, IBM, pwc layoffs have lowered market and we are aligned to be 60-65% to market. Those are the comparable in those groups
Thanks guys and gals. I'm TC. Hoff info here.
I figure that leveling with Leadership won't heavily influence anything, but I can't stand people who complain about their pay and never spoke up for themselves. I'm confident I'll be happy with the result (around what A4 stated), but wouldn't be content with myself if I sat idly by and just waited to see what I was fed...it's a type of deferential/passive attitude I can't get behind.
Hell, I'm just happy I got two of my counselees promoted in talent discussions...equally gratifying!
They lump them together. I got 13% but think I was higher in salary range
Set expectations low
