They will probably bring you on as one level up senior or consultant. With eligibility for promotion in 6-12mos There was a behavioral, technical and then final behavioral for me.
How much technical?
It really wasn't technical lol I know no codes and I did well on it apparently
I'm pretty sure the only orgs doing new SAP implementations are in the fed space. I'd try to move into a tech area that's growing
