The original dates that were communicated are being pushed out. Was initially going to be two separate convos, now will be (should be) and single communication/convo with your CC in the mid Nov timeframe - at least for consulting

@A10 my promo from analyst to senior analyst took about 20 minutes. Walked up to the md at training and told her I deserved it. Promo from senior analyst to consultant took about two hours, but that's because I had to take a lunch break in there.

I haven't heard anything - I am strategy

My dude

A3- what area/level are you?

Following

@A7- I assume on the performance achievement site.

Following

Oh boy! Fingers crossed!

Any one knows Strategy days?

@A3 - what group are you in?

So much following.

Ugh take that back- don't listen to rumors. Counselor email says "early November" why does talent suck at this so much. I mean strategy is up or out... there shouldn't be a lot of discussion

Got the above from an HR contact heavily involved in the Performance Achievement rollout. Maybe it's different between groups, but he didn't offer that disclaimer.

I heard senior analyst is harder to get now

Having tried to push a rockstar Sr analyst up early with multiple partners' support - agree with A24.

They were supposed to be available this week

Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. Have y’all been getting raises/bumps in any kind of regular cycle? Thx.

Tips for 6-month eval? Originally hired at 35K as assistant and was told if I performed well, I could expect to make 50K after a year. After one week, the operations manager resigned and I took over as a trial. Officially am operations manager, but no title (only verbal) and no raise. Owner likes benefits over big pay raises. Thinking about asking for 46K, new cellphone and official title change. I'm expecting some negotiating, which I've never done. 24F, AA Bus Admin, and overall good employee

Hi All, I am currently working at Accenture Strategy at Analyst level, I am under-designated and underpaid and my practice will present my promotion case in Aug while the results will be announced in Nov.
I have two offers in hand and am confused which one would be best for my profile ( I am a CS engg with 2.5 years experience prior MBA and 4 years in CPG, e-com consulting). Offers I have -

1. HealthifyMe - Strategy, 45 lpa
2. Amazon Sr Program Manager, 45 lpa
Is there a scope for negotiation?

Should I be happy with just receiving my 3rd promotion in less than 2.5 years to Senior Consultant? Company growing fast, tenured employees getting burnt out/leaving and room opened up to move up quickly. Change in leadership recently as well. Was offered 17.5% increase and this is my first job out of school. I don’t want to grow too fast, but this seems too good to be true…

Need some inputs. My BU just went into a reorg which has benefitted me and I got a promise to a fast track promotion within 18 months of my joining. However, I’m passionate about a pm role and have got an offer for a rotation position. I’m not sure how to bring it up to my supervisor considering they made that promise only recently. How would you approach this situation

Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me. If stayed at the company but accepted an offer for a job outside of the department I was in. I’ve now been asked by a manager from my old department to apply for a job they’re opening that would be a 2 step promotion. She thought she got my managers permission to approach me (see comments)

I have my annual review next week. Starting my 7th year at the current job. 13+ years in the field. But my current company is a nonprofit. They are great. But annual raise has always been 2%. So as a tenured SLP, I feel quite underpaid. But I honestly don’t know what is fair - especially for the region (Midwest) and in my speciality (pediatric outpatient rehab). Does anyone have any advise?

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I know another AA that handles 3+ people but idk if she’s hourly or salary. Any thoughts?

This would be a permanent full-time compared to my current contractor role that ends in March.
