I’d start with calling Accenture
Lol we're thieves but yet you're too lazy to pick up the phone and call to see what's going on. I'm sure it's a simple mistake, no one is out to get you, OP

Call your old HR contacts and ask about the delay first. You will spend $4k in lawyers
What state are you in? Some states have rules on the timing of payout but likely within 30 days. I’d start with HR, likely an oversight.
I am based out of Michigan!
It’s one thing to complain you have been screwed after you have actually made an attempt to find out what happened and know the facts. Now you just sound like a lazy crybaby who is going to have their mom call HR tomorrow.

Did you receive a final settlement email? Usually that’s when you’re going to know what you’re going to get!
Nope nothing, this company is such a joke
I’m not sure Accenture’s specific policy, but not every state requires PTO be paid out.
based out of Michigan they say it goes according to company policy

They have a helpline that handles these exact issues. Call the company, nobody on fb is going to handle it for you
It's clear you left Accenture for specific reasons and are still holding a massive grudge. Log the case, calm down. You'll get paid.
Did you give you two weeks? I gave my two weeks, but TFS processed it late and my PTO was paid out in the second paycheck after I left. Call the 800 number and have them open a ticket for you.
Quick google search says they have to pay you in Michigan. You will get paid.
Did you get your last paycheck?
yup got my last paycheck, it included my official last day salary, just no PTO or anything paid out…

120 hours and only 4K 😬
This response is not 🅿️
It’s usually the next pay period 30 days after your last day. Ex you leave on the 18th, you get paid at the end of the following month at the latest

OP going crazy over $4k😂
Well considering their 120H is worth $4k that's a lot of money for them.
Don't be stuck up. Maybe that has a lot to do with why they're leaving.
I should also point out that while I'm worth several hundreds of times more than that $4K I know from experience that I could easily live off that much for at least 6 months if I needed to.
People like you are why the good ones leave consulting.
