It is what you make it.
It depends. Most of our tech consulting folks are functional and don't actually get too deep in tech
Tech. Low pay and long hours. Be ready!
@Accenture 3 it's under the consulting practice - technology consulting . When you say tech do you mean things like programming & queries ?
More functional and strategic for sure
If it's tech consulting then it will center around technical. Architecture, dev ops, cloud, etc Doesn't necessarily mean you will be programming or writing queries. All depends on the role and we have every kind. If tech isnt your thing look at a standard consulting role. Eg: functional, BA, etc
Not sure where A3 is working but the consulting practice has the second highest pay at Accenture (strategy is the highest) and the super tech folks are in our technology practice--you can be more technical if you really want to but most of the tech consultants I know are functional but just work on more technology oriented projects
A3 is wrong. There is Accenture Technology and Accenture Consulting (which breaks out into Management Consulting and Technology Consulting). Accenture Technology is the technical, more delivery like role. Accenture Consulting will be your functional role working on technology projects.
