Hello Fishes, Our project management asked us to return the assets by Oct 1st. They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Does this "return to pick up" option in Ultimatix still works or we need to go to office only to return the system.? Tata Consultancy

This is definitely going to result in a fair and non-biased conversation
Imo the ideal state of performance evaluation is 100% gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, etc agnostic
Prioritize women? Was that really the statement and intent of the message? As a woman, I'm not looking for favors, but I do want to be considered as equals with my male counterparts and not overlooked because of gender. I don't want a handout.
Everyone calm down. OP is LYING about what was said on the webcast. Women are not, repeat NOT, being prioritized over men.
Women WHO ARE PROMOTION READY are being prioritized over those who are not. The conversation was soley about promotion readiness, not about gender-specific advancement.
I guess the above comment is the reason we have to keep putting in initiatives for actual equal opportunity.
Anyone who thinks this is a fair point probably doesn't understand the true value of diversity. I'm guessing these are the same people who have an auto-rule to delete the inclusion and diversity emails. If you are a real champion of equality and feminism, you will understand the comment. It's just a way it to make it transparent.
Hold up- I can auto delete diversity and inclusion emails? Following!!!
It's a fair point guys
Julie Sweet is your CEO. She's going to promote a lot of woman. I heard that woman who are planning to resign are being asked to stay back to get promoted.
What is the alternative to that policy? Have we previously not prioritized promotion ready women over non-promotion ready women. That would surprise me
A3, I'm not having a pissy fit. If 2 people have shown readiness for promotion, and there's only 1 spot available, why should it come down to their gender?
Identity politics, thanks Obama!
Yeah, A2, it was a throwaway line in a bullshit answer in the Q&A, and OP's insecurity alarms went off and he had to throw a pissy little fit about it.
Thats a stupid post by A3. If some is promotion ready of course he/she will prioritized. Its an universal law. no need to mention woman.
I wrote to HR and got a response that they are indeed prioritizing women by "looking at the whole picture". Yes these are exact quotes.
Op. You heard and saw it right. Accept the fact that in new age lot of these things will happen. Look how most companies are establishing woman ceo. Marissa Mayer enjoyed her stretch. I am not opposed to this movement but it hurts when I am impacted by it.
Wow
Agreed its a fair point. I think S1 was just bracing for the knee jerk irrational rage posts, doesn't seem like they were taking one side or the other
Yes exactly ^
@pwc1 yes, that was the exact wording
