This happened to me when I swallowed a bay leaf from eating soup. I went to the ER and they took an x-ray and said that I should wait it out based on where it was positioned. I ended up seeing an ENT b/c it still felt like something was stuck in there a day later. Long story short it apparently worked its way down b/c the doc didn’t see anything - just residual soreness.

Milk and or damp bread usually work for me.
Big spoonful of Peanut butter! It will stick to the bone and help it slide down and won’t hurt your throat. But don’t eat the chunky kind.
Also marshmallows. Not even joking.
Eat cheese. It’s the only thing that dislodged a fish bone when my brother was a kid. We were in Ireland and he tried all their other “tricks”, finally cheese worked
Try drinking some fresh squeezed lime juice (not diluted with water)
