What is the hike of Nagarro for a Project Manager at staff consultant level with 25lpa fixed. Wanted to understand about the usual amount we get. I heard we get in terms of amount between 1-4 lacs instead of percentage. Please advise ?

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. I’m in big law and on the cusp of making the jump to in-house. It sounds like the company I just interviewed with is getting ready to make me an offer. It’s definitely going to be a pay cut coming from big law but I do get some nice equity in the company. Is the jump worth it? I’m so burnt out by big law and this seems like an awesome opportunity to help shape a newish company. Any tips on how to figure out if this is the right move for me?

I've seen people say that if you're underpaid, you can't just outline your contributions because your manager needs a compelling reason for finance to bump your salary and they need to prove you're underpaid.
