Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. My current boss hasn't exactly given me the confidence that would reassure me that I'm leadership material. He constantly questions my design choices, which I'm able to defend. It doesn't help that he always presents outdated ideas and throws UX out the window. I know that I know my stuff and keep up with best practices. I have 4+ years experience but am treated as entry level.

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.

YOE: 1 year and TechStack - microservice development ( python + aws + azure)

Which one would be better to join, considering CTC, benifits and WLB?

Why is Barclays the best organization to work with?

I have been hearing a lot that Barclays is one of the best organization to work for but no one is actually helping me in what terms it is better then other organization's. Can someone please share their thoughts here

The organization does provide chair/monitor/mouse/keyboard for WFH ease but then we have to return it while leaving organization.

I was working as a regular staff therapist for 2 years at an assisted living when just 2 weeks back the HR approached me with an offer to work at a newly opened senior living, so basically I will helping them set up that location from scratch, open it and get it running. Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. And I have been helping run my family business for the past 10 years. I was intially interviewed for a senior account executive position at a $70k offer. How long do y’all like resume bullets to be? I know to keep them to 1-2 lines and to keep the resume to 1 page but I’m conflicted about how to balance details vs white space. I’m in product and see some resumes with bullets averaging 5-10 words that state “Manage roadmap for $200mm product” while others use ~20 words per bullet and highlight product info, process, or impact in a bit more detail.

How common are credit checks for roles in accounting or finance positions? Will high utilization on credit card balances and low credit score be a deal breaker? I’ve been irresponsible and made mistakes, but wondering if I can switch jobs now or if I’m best off waiting 1-2 years and cleaning up my credit first.
