My PSP and People Manager have been kind of lenient, cooperative and kind to me because I was never told I will be put in PIP, I have to enter project not matching my skillset etc etc.

Just jumped from 60K —> 110K after 2 years of being very underpaid although being considered a “top performer”.

If you’re on the fence about jumping to another firm or starting to look elsewhere, realize that loyalty is often only skin deep in consulting. If I get laid off, I have a previous colleague that started a cybersecurity company. I would love to get involved on the business side of it.
